Got rid of some of the salt that I put in there over the weekend me'thinks.

Breakfast-banana
Lunch-Pimento cheese on sourdough, macaroni salad
snack-apple, handful of cashews
dinner-10 triscuits with extra sharp cheddar
liquid calories- Irish, Irish, Irish

Not enough fruit and vegetables. Too much cheese.
