Damn, these things go up too.
Friday night, I split a couple of bottles of wine with the Wife. Saturday, I hit the BBQ buffet. Sunday, the cheese tots did tempt me. Couple that with only 15 minutes on the bike and some very light yardwork and I am getting heavier.
At least today has started a little better.

I'm thinking that the most evil word in the dictionary is "buffet." Even a salad buffet like Souplantation can be pure evil. GL man.
