Lunch-Grilled Chicken on Green salad with cranberries, nuts, etc. (no cheese)
Dinner-Fried Fish Sandwich, Wing Chips
Liquid-milk in oatmeal, 2 near beers

Dinner-Cuban Sandwich, steamed broccoli
Liquid-3.5 St. Louis Regulars ( I was going to stop at two but the bartender was ruthlessly efficient and handed me two more before I could protest. I did commit alcohol abuse by leaving the last one half finished though)
Not too bad for the poker nights. The fried dinner last night was not a good move but it was the only one for the two days.
